How It Works
At Mooch Exterior Designs, Inc. we pride ourselves on the efficient, quality execution of all our projects, from the biggest to the smallest. We aim to be in constant communication with our clients and encourage you to be an active participant in the construction of your new outdoor space. We understand that any type of home renovation is a big commitment and we want you to be comfortable and confident through the entire process. Here’s how it works…
- Begin with a complimentary site visit and consultation with a member of our design team.
- Engage in landscape design contract, price contingent on particulars of each project.
- Our team presents the design of your new outdoor space.
- Pre-build begins and finishing details like colors and plants are chosen.
- Upon completion, our Project Manager conducts a walk through with you to ensure your satisfaction.
During the design phase, you will meet with members of our team to discuss your individual expectations and needs. You may have some ideas or none at all – in either case, we will work with you to assess the requirements of your site. You may want an outdoor dining space, raised beds, built-in seating or a fire pit. You might want a low-maintenance, drought-tolerant landscape or something more lush and tropical.
Depending on the scale and particulars of each project and based on our discussions with you, our team will provide you with schematics to help visualize your finished space. These may include aerial plans, 3D renderings, illustrations and even samples of products, from ceramic tiles to wood stains to paint colors.
Upon completion of the design phase, we schedule a start date to begin the transformation of your new space. Our Project Managers, Designers and Horticulturalists work with you throughout the process to ensure your satisfaction and the efficient execution of your project.
Our goal is a smooth, considerate and informative build. We respect your home and your trust and work hard to make sure the experience is as enjoyable as possible.
